Moisture meters for wood, building materials and paper

Choose a moisture meter designed for the material being inspected. Material composition, density and thickness affect the measurement, so a meter intended for timber should not automatically be used to assess paper or cardboard.

pH meters, electrodes and refractometers

Select the instrument according to the liquid property you need to measure. A pH meter measures acidity or alkalinity, while a refractometer uses refractive index and a suitable scale to assess liquid concentration.

Gas concentration transmitters

Gas measurement requires a sensor selected for the target gas and concentration range. Specify the installation conditions, sensor position and receiving system when choosing a transmitter.

  • Evikon E2618 gas transmitters — gas-specific configurations with attached or remote sensors, analogue outputs and RS485 Modbus RTU. Confirm the exact gas and model required.

Wind and rainfall sensors

Weather sensors provide measurements to a compatible indicator, counter or recording system. Select the sensor and receiving equipment together, including the required signal, cable length and power supply.

Gas pressure regulation and process controllers

For control applications, define the operating conditions and the variable you need to regulate. Mechanical pressure regulation and electrical signal control require different equipment.

Installation of the Tokico emergency shutoff valve is required at various industrial equipments by the High Pressure Gas Safety Law and the Fire Defense Law.

In the MB series of emergency shutoff valve, CO2 gas cartridge with high initial torque is adopted as drive source, and ball valve making smooth movement is adopted at the valve part.

The KOFLOC 6800 series regulates pressure on the upstream side of a gas system by releasing gas when pressure exceeds the selected setting. Its compact design suits panel-mounted equipment and tank pressure control.

  • Pressure settings: 0.01–0.3 or 0.01–0.6 MPa(G), depending on model.
  • Maximum exhaust flow: 0.8, 1 or 10 L/min, depending on model and operating conditions.

Measure wind speed for a connected monitoring system with the Sato 7980-S-13 three-cup wind speed sensor. Built-in signal conversion and linearisation provide an analogue output proportional to wind speed.

  • Measurement: Three-cup anemometer with AC generator sensing.
  • Standard output: 0–1 V DC for connection to a compatible indicator or recording system.
  • Optional configuration: 4–20 mA output, subject to confirmation.

The Sato 7980-S-40 tipping bucket rainfall sensor converts collected rainfall into electrical contact pulses for a compatible external recorder or counter. Its stainless steel construction and two-wire connection suit installations requiring rainfall measurement at a separate monitoring point.

  • Rainfall resolution: 0.5 mm per bucket tip.
  • Collector opening: 200 mm diameter.

Monitor outdoor wind conditions with the Sato WVAT6D0-3-00 digital wind speed and direction indicator and matching W639-ED1 sensor. The system provides a local display and configurable alarms for site monitoring.

Sato handheld refractometers provide portable optical measurement of liquid samples. Choose an SK-100R series model for the required Brix range or the SK-200R for salt concentration.

  • Temperature compensation: Automatic correction from 10 to 30°C.
  • Sample suitability: For compatible translucent liquids; unsuitable for opaque samples such as milk.

Start a countdown without pressing a button with the Sato TM-27 and TM-29 non-contact timers. Hold your hand over the sensor to begin timing, making them practical for handwashing stations, food preparation areas and repetitive workstation tasks.

  • TM-27: Set 5–90 seconds in 5-second steps for short, repeated tasks.
  • TM-29: Set 1 second to 99 minutes 59 seconds in 1-second steps.
  • Touchless operation: Start the countdown and silence the sounding alarm using the sensor.
  • Battery operation: Each model uses three AAA batteries.

Yashima's temperature controller and transmitter accepts 15 type of different input from thermocouple, R.T.D. mA & DC voltage. Range setting & alternation can be easy done from thermocouple to R. T. D. or mA to DC voltage. It has programmable scale range and it is so easy that you may program it within few touches!
