Measure temperature at attached sensing points with Anritsu ST and STN flat leaf temperature probes. Their flexible tape construction suits surface attachment and measurement locations where a conventional rigid probe is difficult to position.
- ST series: Flat leaf probe assemblies with cable and connector configurations.
- STN series: Replaceable sensing tapes used with a compatible extension cable.
- Thermocouple: Type K or Type E.
- Temperature: From -50°C to 210°C, 350°C or 400°C, depending on coating and tape length.
Position the sensing point where it is needed with Anritsu ST and STN flat leaf temperature probes. The flexible tape can be attached to a measurement target using a suitable fixing method, providing an alternative to holding a rigid probe against the surface.
Select the tape shape, coating and length around the measurement location. Then match the thermocouple type, cable and connector to the thermometer or data logger.

STN is an alternative construction, not a direct replacement for every ST assembly. Confirm the tape connection and extension cable before ordering.

For coating codes 1–4 at -40°C and above, within the permitted operating range, tolerance is the greater of ±2.5°C or ±0.75% of the absolute temperature in °C. ST-25 tolerance is ±2.5°C from -40 to 210°C.
Published tolerance is established under internal-temperature test conditions with sufficient heat capacity. Published response time is the time to reach 99% of the temperature change in boiling water or vapour. Attachment, contact quality and the target material affect practical surface measurements.
Anritsu does not assign a general durability rating for these special-application probes and lists them as non-repairable. STN tape replacement is a feature of its construction, rather than repair of a damaged tape.
