Check water flow directly at the pipework with the Ryutai Kogyo ADF acrylic tube water flowmeter. The transparent tapered tube allows operators to read the float position against the scale during routine inspection and adjustment.
For replacement or new installation, select the measuring scale around the actual flow you need to observe. Pipe diameter alone does not determine the correct flowmeter range.

Scale units: Specify whether you need L/min, L/h or m³/h when requesting a quotation. Confirm the scale and connection combination before ordering.
Selecting the right configuration
For a water circulation or equipment supply line, provide the minimum, normal and maximum flow rates. Include start-up conditions if these differ significantly from normal operation.
- Water quality: Identify any suspended solids, additives or cleaning chemicals.
- Pressure: State normal pressure and possible pressure surges.
- Temperature: Include operating and cleaning temperatures.
- Connections: Confirm the thread standard and available installation space.
- Reading requirements: State the preferred units and the flow level operators need to check.
Installation and care
Install the meter vertically with water entering at the bottom and leaving at the top. Keep the scale visible and leave access for inspection and maintenance.
The acrylic tube requires careful handling. Avoid impact and contact with solvents that could damage the tube. Check cleaning-agent compatibility before use.
If you need cumulative water consumption, remote indication or a control signal, specify that requirement at the enquiry stage so a suitable measurement arrangement can be selected.
Replacing an existing ADF flowmeter
Send a clear photograph of the existing meter, scale and identification markings. Include its connection size, overall length and operating conditions so the replacement can be checked against the installation.
Matching the pipe connection alone does not confirm the measuring range, materials or dimensional fit.
