Ryutai Kogyo GTF, ATF, GTV & ATV Variable Area Flowmeters

The Ryutai Kogyo EM series metal tube variable area flowmeter measures flow with a magnetically coupled indicator. Select local indication or additional electrical functions to suit your installation.

Read and adjust flow at your equipment with Ryutai Kogyo panel flowmeters and purge meters. The GPB, GPC, PGH, GDR and AMF families offer glass or acrylic measuring tubes for direct local indication, with mounting and valve arrangements selected for the installation.

The Ryutai Kogyo ADF water flowmeter provides a direct visual reading of instantaneous water flow through a transparent acrylic tapered tube. Its compact inline design suits local checks on water supply and circulation pipework.

• Connections: Rc 1/2, Rc 3/4 and Rc 1 threaded options.
• Installation: Vertical mounting with flow from bottom to top.
• Selection: Match the scale, connection size and wetted materials to your operating conditions.

Tokico electronic positive displacement flowmeters measure oil volume with a local digital display and optional signal outputs. Select the appropriate configuration for diesel, light oil, heavy oil, lubricants or crude palm oil (CPO).

• Measurement: Positive displacement principle with nominal accuracy of ±0.5% within the specified operating conditions.
• Local indication: Electronic display for convenient reading at the meter.
• System connection: Pulse, analogue and alarm functions depend on the selected counter configuration.
• Model selection: Match the flow range, viscosity, temperature, pressure and connection requirements.

For CPO and heated oils: Confirm fluid temperature, viscosity and material compatibility before selecting the meter.

Tokico positive displacement oil flowmeters measure accumulated oil volume through a mechanical counter. Select the appropriate model for diesel, kerosene, heavy oil or other compatible oils.

• Model families: FGB, FRO, FRP and FRA for different flow capacities.
• Accuracy: Typically ±0.5% within the specified operating range.
• Local reading: Mechanical totaliser, with reset-counter options.

The RCM Flo-Gage differential pressure flowmeter provides a direct local reading of liquid or gas flow. The mechanical indicator operates without external power and can be specified for water, compatible oils, compressed air and other gases.

• Clear indication: 90 mm analogue dial with a 270° scale.
• Performance: ±3% of full-scale accuracy over a 6:1 measuring range.
• Connections: Series 7000 threaded or Series 8000 wafer construction.
• Options: Material, alarm-switch and transmitter configurations to suit the application.

RCM Flo-Gard II liquid flow switches detect when flow crosses a selected setpoint, providing a contact signal for an alarm or equipment interlock. Applications include cooling-water circuits, chillers and compatible process-liquid systems.

• Switch options: One or two independently adjustable SPDT reed switches.
• Construction: Metal body with material and seal options to suit the liquid.

The Ryutai Kogyo MCF metal tube flow transmitter provides flow indication and, depending on configuration, an electrical signal for remote monitoring equipment.

• Legacy models: MCF-V, MCF-II and MCF-H are discontinued; the manufacturer identifies the EM series as the replacement range.
• Replacement selection: Match the fluid, measuring range, installation dimensions and required output.
• Existing installations: Provide the complete MCF or E-MCF code and a photograph of the instrument nameplate.

The Elster Kent H4000 Woltmann water meter measures accumulated cold water consumption for commercial, industrial and water distribution applications.

• Measurement: Bulk cold water metering with a totalising register.
• Sizes listed: DN50, DN80, DN100, DN150 and DN200.
• Operating limits: Water temperature up to 50°C and working pressure up to 16 bar.
• Installation: Suitable for horizontal, vertical or inclined pipelines, subject to installation requirements.
