The Sato SK-1260 digital thermometer combines portable temperature measurement with stored readings and high/low alarms. Dedicated Type K thermocouple and thermistor probes support different measurement tasks.
Take temperature readings, retain them for review and receive an alert when a set limit is reached. The Sato SK-1260 is a handheld digital thermometer for routine checks in food production, laboratories, factories and maintenance work.
Its interchangeable probe system lets you select the sensing arrangement for the job. Choose an immersion or penetration probe for suitable materials, an air probe for ambient measurements, or a contact probe designed for the surface being checked.

The connected probe limits the usable temperature range. The instrument's 1250°C upper range does not apply to the supplied SK-S100K probe.
The SK-S100K is a Type K probe for liquids, viscous liquids and semisolid materials. Its sensing stem measures 2.3 mm in diameter by 150 mm long, with a 1.1 m cable. The probe is rated from -100 to 300°C; operation remains subject to the instrument's input range.
Match the probe to the material, contact method, temperature and required reach. For replacement probes, specify SK-1260 compatibility; probes from the SK-1250MCIIIα family are not interchangeable with this instrument.

A compatible dedicated printer provides a paper copy of stored measurements. Specify the printer, connection cable and power requirements together when requesting a quotation.

The standard-probe set includes the SK-S100K, batteries, a pouch and an instruction manual. Additional probes, a printer and an AC adapter are optional.
For probe selection, provide the measured material, expected temperature range, required insertion depth or surface geometry, and cable length. Include any memory, printing or calibration requirements.
