Evikon E2244 Humidity and Temperature Transmitter
:
The Evikon E2244 humidity and temperature transmitter measures relative humidity and air temperature for connection to controllers, monitoring instruments and building management systems.
- Measurements: Relative humidity and temperature in air and non-aggressive gases.
- Analog outputs: 2 × 4–20 mA and 2 × 0–10 V.
- Construction: IP65-rated enclosure.
- Mounting: E2244 wall-mount and E2244-DM duct-mount versions.
Bring humidity and temperature measurements into your control system with the Evikon E2244. Designed for air and non-aggressive gases, this transmitter provides analog signals for compatible controllers, indicators and building management systems.
Choose the wall-mount version for local ambient measurement or the E2244-DM version for ventilation duct installation. Specify the output scales to match the receiving instrument and the conditions you need to monitor.

Wall or Duct Mounting
| Specification | E2244 | E2244-DM |
|---|---|---|
| Installation | Wall mounting | Duct mounting |
| Humidity measurement range | 0–100% RH | 0–100% RH |
| Temperature measurement range | -40 to +60°C | -40 to +80°C |
| Probe dimensions | Ø16 × 70 mm | Ø16 × 200 mm |
The transmitter operating conditions are -40 to +60°C and 0–100% RH, non-condensing. The duct probe's measurement range does not extend the enclosure's operating temperature limit.
4–20 mA and 0–10 V Outputs
The E2244 provides two current outputs and two voltage outputs. Standard output scales are 0–100% RH and -40 to +60°C; custom scales are available on request.
Before ordering, confirm whether your controller requires current or voltage signals and how each input will be scaled. For the duct version, specify the required temperature output scale separately from the probe's measurement range.

Selecting the Right Configuration
Start with the installation location and the signal requirements of your existing system. For a replacement transmitter, compare the supply voltage, output type, configured range and mounting dimensions before selecting the new unit.
- Room measurement: Choose a location representative of the area being monitored, away from local heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Duct measurement: Check insertion space, access for maintenance and expected air conditions.
- Controller connection: Confirm the input signal and engineering-unit scaling for both humidity and temperature.
- Accuracy requirements: State whether the standard specification meets your application or the optional humidity accuracy is required.
