These Tokico oil flowmeters provide local measurement of oil passing through a 40 mm (1½-inch) line. Choose the FRO0438-0BX for a mechanical totaliser with a separate resettable counter, or the FRL0438BDA-75XX-X for an electronic indicator.
The FRO and FRL are different model families. Check the complete nameplate code, fluid, viscosity, flow rate, flange and installation dimensions when replacing an existing meter.

The permissible flow range depends on oil viscosity and whether the duty is continuous or intermittent.
The FRL0438BDA-75XX-X uses a Tokico 75-series electronic indicator. Tokico describes digital displays for totalised volume, reset volume and instantaneous flow in its FRL electronic range. The FRL family uses non-contact roots-type rotors and has a published standard accuracy of ±0.5%.
The allowable flow range, rotor material, body material, pressure rating, temperature rating, signal outputs, power requirements and dimensions must be checked for the complete FRL0438BDA-75XX-X configuration. Do not apply the FRO0438-0BX specification table to this electronic model.
