Getting your order to you
We generally dispatch orders within five days after receiving payment. This is the time before a parcel leaves us; delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and shipping service. The available shipping method and charge are shown during checkout.
Within Singapore
Local orders are generally dispatched within five days after payment and sent by land transport. We will provide a tracking link for your shipment.
International orders
International orders are generally dispatched within five days after payment and sent by courier with tracking. Standard delivery is without a required signature. If you need a signature, an early delivery service or another special arrangement, please contact us before ordering; extra charges may apply.
Shipping charges & packing
How charges are worked out
Shipping fees include handling, packing and transport. Handling is fixed; transport charges vary with the total shipment weight.
Ordering several items
If possible, place the items together in one order. Separate orders cannot be combined later, and shipping fees apply to each order.
Packing your order
We take care to protect fragile items and use suitably sized boxes. Shipments are dispatched at the buyer's risk under our current delivery terms.
